    As a continuation of the proof-writing strategies presented in SMA 205 , this course covers the foundations of analysis and the theory of calculus, including: limits, continuity, and derivatives. The goal is to understand the ideas of infinity, estimation, error, and oscillation in the context of calculus and odd examples. Fall semester.

  • SMA 210 - Euclidean & NonEuclidean Geometries (Mathematics)

    An overview of advanced geometry, including: the postulation method, elementary and analytic geometry, and non-Euclidean geometries with emphasis on hyperbolic geometry. The goal is to understand how lines, shapes, and more are defined and work together within proofs. Spring semester.
