PD 001 - Campus Parking Information CAMPUS POLICE POLICY: Campus Parking
Campus Parking Information
Permits
Seton Hill uses a parking permit designation system for assigning parking options to various classifications of its students and employees. The parking permits incorporate a letter and number that identify the owner of the vehicle. Following is a list of permit designations and their application to various student and employee classifications:
“C” signifies commuter student parking permit
“R” signifies resident student parking permit
“E” signifies employee parking permit
Registration
All students and employees are required to register any vehicle that will be parked on SHU’s campus. Student registration is to be completed on-line through MySHU. Students are required to register each academic year and update the parking permit system with any changes they may have within that academic year. Employees receive their parking pass through the Human Resources office. Employees are not required to re-register each year. However, they must update the parking permit system with any changes they may have.
Students wishing to receive a parking permit should take the following steps:
Login to SHU, MySHU. Select Campus Service, Parking Permits.
Select + Add a Vehicle.
Fill out the form and select Add Vehicle.
Walk to the Office of Financial Services & Registrar in Admin 104.
Be prepared to show your drivers license and student ID to pick up your Parking Permit.
