DS 002 - Syllabus Disability Statement

If you have a disability that may require consideration by the instructor, you should contact Kimberley Bassi-Cook, the Director of Disability Services at 724-552-1607 or kbassicook@setonhill.edu as soon as possible to develop a plan of accommodation. You should schedule a meeting with your instructor so that you can be supported in an informed manner. It is not necessary to disclose to your instructor the nature of your disability. If you need accommodations for successful participation in class activities prior to your appointment at the Disability Services Office, you should offer information in writing to your instructor which includes suggestions for assistance in participating in and completing class assignments.
