| IN 002 - Disorderly Conduct PolicyPurpose
 The policy details what behavior constitutes disorderly conduct and establishes that it is prohibited.   Policy Prohibited activities are behaviors that are disruptive to the orderly operations of the University, disregard for the rights of others, or disrespectful of the community, such as, but not limited to: · engaging in fighting or threatening behavior; · using abusive or obscene language or making an obscene or lewd gesture in a public place; · coercion of any type; · engaging in conduct which has the intent to demean, annoy, or alarm another person; · an act that aids, abets, or procures another person to breach the peace of the University premises or at an University-sponsored/related function · any act that deliberately impedes the normal flow of pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic, including obstructing the physical response of emergency vehicles · deliberating and publicly exposing one’s intimate body parts · public intoxication and/or substance abuse which creates an unsafe environment for self and others · public urination or defecation · injury to a person or the property of another person · willful damage to the reputation or psychological well-being of another person   The above items are not tolerated and can lead to disciplinary action.   Questions and Interpretation All questions concerning this policy should be directed to the Policy Administrator/Owner at policies@setonhill.edu.
