SCA 395 - Crisis Management in Public Rel’ns (Communication)

This course covers both the planning/prevention side and active response to crises. Topics: risk assessment, early warning systems, crisis communication plans, stakeholder mapping, spokesperson training, social media speed and control, ethical decision-making, post-crisis recovery and reputation repair. Students simulate crisis scenarios and develop actual response plans.
