Offers a foundational knowledge on public and global health issues and nutritional needs. Includes investigation of public programs and interrelationships of socioeconomic factors, legislation, policy making, and nutrition intervention, on the quality of life. Includes experiences with off-campus nutrition programs, community assessments, proposal developments and implementation.
