This course is a trigonometry-based physics course that covers topics in the mechanics of motion. The course covers linear and nonlinear approximations in motion, acceleration, Newton’s laws, gravity, work, circular motion, momentum and fluids, graph analysis, and problem solving skills. When Offered: Fall semester. Prerequisite(s): SMA 117 - Algebra (Mathematics) higher (or recommended placement in SMA 120 or higher) Corequisite(s): SPH 107 .
