This course provides experiential learning in various long-term care settings with a focus on issues and nutritional needs of older adults. The student will gain experience in practical considerations including nutritional needs, cognitive and psychological aspects of aging.

Prerequisite(s): SNT 350 and SNT 450 or equivalent.
