SNU 605 - Educational Strategies for Change (Nursing)4 Credit(s)
This course integrates evidence-based principles of adult learning with their direct application in nursing and health care education. Students examine learning theories that underpin lifelong professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration and concurrently apply these theories in clinical contexts. Through a structured clinical application component, students plan, implement, and evaluate professional development initiatives that intentionally reflect course theory and incorporate quality improvement principles to improve clinical practice at a systems-level outcome. When Offered: Summer semester. Prerequisite(s): SNU 512 .
