SBL 248 - Cell Biology Laboratory (Biology)1 Credit(s)
Inquiry-based, semester-long investigation of cell structure and function to complement topics in SBL 247. Students gain first-hand experience with techniques commonly used in cell biological research including quantitative and qualitative survival assays, fluorescent microscopy, cell culture, protein electrophoresis, and qRT-PCR. When Offered: Spring semester. Prerequisite(s): (SBL 150 and SBL 151 ) and (SCH 140 and SCH 141 ) or SCH 116 . Fee. Writing Intensive course.
