SBL 153 - General Biology II Laboratory (Biology)1 Credit(s)
A research-based, semester-long investigation on how the environment and ecosystem are affected by human impacts, such as pollution. Throughout their research, students will continue to develop basic laboratory skills and gain experience doing more advanced biological techniques in preparation for upper level biology courses. Topics include scientific method, reading and analyzing scientific literature, designing experiments, data analysis, written science communication, environmental biology, animal behavior. invertebrate zoology. and cell biology. When Offered: Spring semester. Prerequisite(s): SBL 150 and SBL 151 . Corequisite(s): SBL 152 . Fee. Writing Intensive course.
