SMA 109 - Algebra and Its History (Mathematics)

An elementary mathematics course that focuses on the problems that developed into algebra, and why modern math is the way it is. The course will cover computation, elementary geometry (both construction and mensuration), the solving of algebraic equations, and the formulas for solutions to polynomial equations. This course requires a working knowledge of elementary algebra.
