Explore the study of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, drug classifications, medication administration and enteral and parenteral nutrition. Common drug therapies, food and drug interactions and nutritional supplements are emphasized. This strong conceptual base will prepare students for the future role of developing a comprehensive approach to the clinical application of drug therapy.
