SBL 350 - Biostatistics (Biology)3 Credit(s)
Biostatistics is the application of statistical principles to the design and analysis of biological studies. This course will discuss robust experimental design, review statistical theory, and apply descriptive and inferential methods to real biological data. Emphasis is placed on actively using the software R to conduct analyses. When Offered: Spring semester, odd-numbered years. Prerequisite(s): SBL 151 and SBL 153 , and either SBL 212 , SBL 235 , SBL 238 or permission from instructor.
