Examination of evidence-based models for ensuring quality and currency in practice. Focus on searching for relevant professional literature and analyzing validity of selected sources in relation to practice questions. Includes analysis of quantitative and qualitative research methodology, measurement strategies and statistics. Emphasis on synthesis of professional literature in relation to practice contexts. Research skills include Institutional Review Board process, ethical guidelines for research and systematic review.
