SNU 406 - Complex Care Concepts (Nursing)3 Credit(s)
This course focuses on nursing care of persons experiencing complex health conditions. Students will gain knowledge in the skills and clinical judgment needed to provide care for persons experiencing critical illness and while continuing to explore acute and concept health concepts. Students will explore ethics associated with end of life care and organ transplantation. The course continues to integrate evidence-based practices, quality, safety, and professionalism to ensure holistic care for diverse populations. When Offered: Fall semester. Prerequisite(s): Required 300 level nursing courses with minimum grade of B-. Corequisite(s): SNU 407 Complex Care Concepts Clinical.
