SPA 634 - Geriatrics (Physician Assistant)

A comprehensive study of diseases and conditions related to the geriatric population with emphasis on epidemiology, etiology, signs and symptoms, lab and diagnostic procedures, and appropriate treatment management. This course will also cover clinical implications of aging, prevention of and chronic disease management in the elderly, ethical issues related to the elderly and end of life care.
