This course focuses on the development of leadership skills for professional nursing practice. Current social, economic, legal, ethical, and policy issues affecting health care systems are explored. Includes Analysis of care that supports effective utilization of the healthcare delivery system. Students will complete a Nursing Leadership Capstone project. Includes 30 hours of practicum.
