SNT 321 - Experimental Foods Lab (Nutrition and Dietetics)

Laboratory experience in which students conduct their own research involving ingredient manipulation to produce a food product with specific nutritional parameters. A research paper and food demonstration are requirements of this lab experience. Prerequisites: SNT 120 and SNT 121. Corequisite: SNT 320. Spring semester. Fee. Writing Intensive course.
