Instruction in screening, interviewing, assessment, and counseling methods with focus on the development of nutrition diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation of outcomes. Emphasis on use of evidence-based practice guidelines. Prerequisite: SNT 350. Corequisite: SNT 310 and SNT 330. Spring semester. Fee.
