This course examines the application of evidence-based practice (EBP) and outcomes evaluation to support continuous quality improvement in healthcare and educational settings. Students analyze and synthesize research evidence, measurement tools, and outcomes data analysis methods to determine the effectiveness of interventions. Emphasis is placed on systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the use of outcomes to inform program evaluation and propose evidence-based improvements that produce measurable results.
