SED 435 - Student Teaching Seminar (Education)

This is a seminar that emphasizes the professional responsibilities found in the companion course, the student teaching experience SED 433 or SED 434. The Pennsylvania Code of Ethical Behavior is examined. Additionally job search strategies, portfolio development, and professional competencies comprise the topics for discussion in this course.

When Offered: Fall and spring semesters.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of all courses required for certification; “B” or better in SED 201 or SED 202; cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better; and approval of Education faculty.
Corequisite(s): SED 433 or SED 434.
