SNT 301 - Methods of Nutrition Education (Nutrition and Dietetics)

This course concentrates on methodology in teaching from planning to evaluation. Extensive work is completed in the areas of learning theories and instructional strategies. Needs assessments for specific audiences are explored to identify issues in populations and potential barriers to nutrition-related behavior change.
