SNU 461 - Transition to Practice Clinical (Nursing)

This course provides students with precepted clinical experiences with faculty oversight in acute care settings. Students will integrate previous learning and increase accountability for the care of patients and their families. Students will be expected to demonstrate effective clinical judgment, holistic person-centered care, quality and safety skills, professionalism, interprofessional collaboration, and leadership.

When Offered: Spring semester.
Prerequisite(s): Required 300 level nursing courses, SNU 401, SNU 402, SNU 403, and SNU 404 with minimum grade of B-
