As a continuation of the proof-writing strategies presented in SMA 205, this course covers the foundations of analysis and the theory of calculus, including: limits, continuity, and derivatives. The goal is to understand the ideas of infinity, estimation, error, and oscillation in the context of calculus and odd examples. Prerequisite: SMA 205 with a C or better. Fall semester.
