SBU 507 - Stakeholder & Term Analysis (Business)

This course provides the students the skills required to conduct a thorough stakeholder analysis to identify and analyze the internal and external people and organizations that will influence the project or be impacted by the project.  Students will learn how to capture and develop strategies to manage stakeholder exceptions and engage them in the decision-making and project execution process.  Students will also utilize this information to develop a Human Resource Plan and overall Communication Plan.  Prerequisite:  SBU 505 . Master’s session 3.
