SNU 204 - Essentials of Nursing Practicum

The purpose of this clinical practicum course is to allow for the practice of fundamental nursing and patient care skills in the healthcare setting. Students apply evidence-based nursing interventions, practice patient-centered care, communicate therapeutically, and participate with interdisciplinary teams utilizing professional nursing standards. Nursing majors only. Prerequisites: SNU 201 and SNU 202 with a B- or better. Corequisite: SNU 203. Spring semester. Fee.
