Determining needs, organizing resources, designing and conducting training and development programs, preparing evaluation, workplace follow-up, business change, career and performance management. Experience with technology, team development, empowerment, and international applications.

 When Offered: Spring semester, odd-numbered years, and OBC session 4, odd-numbered years.

 Prerequisite:  SBU 180 .
