SBU 506 - Identifying & Managing Project Risk (Business)

This course builds upon the fundamentals of the Project Management course by focusing on the identification and management of risks inherent to managing complex projects across a diverse set of stakeholders.  This course further develops the MBA student’s problem-solving and planning skills that are necessary to direct projects to successful completion.  There is an emphasis on quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine levels of risk and the best methods for mitigation. 

 Credits: 3.
