Students learn the fundamentals of finance, accounting, and application of key financial techniques utilized in the administration and operation of a sports-oriented business including: financial analysis, cash flow analysis, financial planning, budgeting, and funding approaches. Additionally, the course encompasses the economic impact of sporting events in their respective communities.
