Topics include geometry, counting methods, probability, statistics, logic, and consumer mathematics. Particular emphasis is placed on problem-solving strategies and the employment of electronic resources. The second course in a sequence of two mathematics courses designed for students who are pursuing teacher certification in areas other than secondary mathematics.
