This course integrates theory and practice of change leadership with organizational ethics to foster sustainable businesses that serve all stakeholders in a global marketplace. Case studies of best practices and corporate failings are discussed. Through a comprehensive analysis of a business, students will synthesize and apply concepts to recommend effective change initiatives that promote business strategy and culture rooted in organizational ethics.
