SNT 350 - Medical Nutrition Therapy I (Nutrition and Dietetics)

This course examines the physiological, developmental, sociological, and environmental factors that affect nutrient requirements and recommendations at various stages of life cycle.  Emphasis is placed on nutritional assessment, disease pathophysiology and medical nutrition therapy for each life stage.
When Offered: Fall semester.
Prerequisite(s): SHL 216 , SHL 217  and SNT 300 .
