SAT 565 - Art Therapy with Adults (Art Therapy)3 Credit(s)
Various mental and physical challenges that affect individuals from late adolescence into late adulthood are reviewed. Art therapy assessments and interventions to address those challenges are explored. Development of case studies is practiced, including administering and writing up assessments, streamlining progress notes, and devising and documenting treatment plans. Emphasis is on work with individual adults, primarily in clinical settings. Must be completed with a grade of B- (2.67) or higher for continuation in the Art Therapy program.
