SMA 100 - Structure of the Number System I (Mathematics)

Topics include problem-solving, set theory, number theory, numeration systems, and algebra review. Particular emphasis is placed on the successive development of real numbers and the employment of electronic resources. The first course in a sequence of two mathematics courses designed for students who are pursuing teacher certification in areas other than secondary mathematics.
