SNT 321 - Experimental Foods Lab (Nutrition and Dietetics)

Laboratory experience in which students conduct their own research involving ingredient manipulation to produce a food product with specific nutritional parameters.  Weekly lab reports and a culminating research paper or academic poster help students develop professional and technical writing skills for the
profession. Students learn food demonstration techniques. 


Credits: 2.

When Offered: Spring semester.

Writing Intensive.

Prerequisites:  SNT 120  and SNT 121
