SNT 325 - Food Service Management Lab (Nutrition and Dietetics)

This laboratory focuses on the  management of food services.  Students gain managerial experience by planning and managing a commissioned meal. When not in a managerial role, students gain experience in quantity food production and service.


Credits: 2.

Prerequisites:  SNT 120 SNT 121  and SNT 220
