Clinical issues and controversies in orthodontics are presented from an evidence-based perspective. Residents are required to do a review of the literature on an assigned topic, write a paper, and present it to the group via PowerPoint. Residents are also required to participate in group discussions, challenging and questioning the quality of evidence, reliability and validity of the information presented.
