SPT 633 - Physical Therapy Skills 4

This course will introduce students to patient management and the psychomotor skills necessary for Pediatric physical therapy.  Concepts will include the common pediatric conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Muscular Dystrophy, and other common conditions.  Pregnancy will also be covered.  Students will learn the skills necessary to examine and treat common impairments related to neuromuscular conditions.
