SNU 303 - Health and Illness II (Nursing)3 Credit(s)
This course continues the focus on nursing care of adults experiencing health and illness transitions. Focus is placed upon restoration, maintenance and promotion of health for acutely and chronically ill adults. Multidisciplinary team roles and responsibilities are explored in the context of delivering safe, high quality health care. Students will continue to explore therapeutic communication, use of research evidence, and clinical practice guidelines to enhance critical thinking, clinical practice, professionalism, and leadership abilities.

Nursing majors only.
Prerequisites: SNU 301 and SNU 302 with a minimum grade of B-.
Corequisites: SNU 304 and SNU 311 .
