SED 689 - Creative Thinking: Art, Mov, Play (Education)3 Credit(s)
This course focuses on strategies for fostering creative thinking. It teaches how to develop, implement, assess, and modify curriculum in the arts and humanities using both traditional and contemporary technologies. Students will learn how to utilize creative arts and play as central approaches to teaching and learning. Creative drama and the value of play and music in early childhood education are examined by enhancing artistic sensitivity through art, music, and integrating mental and physical activity.
