This advanced practice immersion course provides experiential opportunities to develop and apply leadership competencies in healthcare and education settings. Students collaborate with faculty, mentors, and interprofessional teams to apply systems thinking in practice environments. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based strategies supporting quality improvement, patient safety, and fiscally responsible outcomes. Through analysis of outcomes data, ethical decision-making, and continuous improvement, students strengthen leadership capacity to influence systems-level and educational change in advanced nursing practice roles.
